The valve seat and valve disc sealing surface are formed by plasma spray welding of drill-base cemented carbide, the surface of the valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, and the opening or closing of the valve is completed by a manual mechanism mounted on the valve cover. It cannot be used as a regulating valve.
Installed on water and steam pipelines, used as an opening and closing device. It adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, and the double gates and the branch pipes at both ends are welded.
The closing mechanism is mainly composed of self-aligning wedge-type double gates, universal tops, clamping rings, etc., which are guided by the guide ribs in the valve body to move up and down.
The valve seat and valve disc sealing surface are made of drill-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding. Good wear resistance and scratch resistance. The surface of the valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and Scratch resistance.
Pressure self-tightening seal, the higher the pressure, the higher the sealing performance. The opening or closing of the valve is done by a manual mechanism mounted on the valve cover.
When using the valve, the valve must be in the fully open or fully closed position, and cannot be used as a regulating valve.
