Impact Globe Valve

The impact type globe valve designed by Dazhong Valve Group, the valve is installed on the steam pipeline at a temperature of tW427°C and used as an opening and closing device. The valve must be in a fully open or fully closed state, and cannot be used as a regulating valve. The sealing ring is formed of flexible graphite. The valve is equipped with a travel switch, the valve seat is embedded in the valve body, the plane seal, the valve seat and the valve disc sealing surface are all made of drill-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding.

• The valve is installed on the steam pipeline at a temperature of tW427°C and used as an opening and closing device. The valve must be in a fully open or fully closed state, and cannot be used as a regulating valve.

• The pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted, and the sealing ring is a formed flexible graphite ring. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance. The impact handwheel can be used to reduce the operating force.

• The valve is equipped with a travel switch, and the switch position of the valve can be observed in the control room during operation.

• The valve seat is embedded in the valve body, with a flat seal. Both the valve seat and the valve disc sealing surface are made of drill-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance.

• The valve can be installed anywhere in the pipeline, and the flow of the medium is positive from bottom to top.
