Manual Stop Valve For Impact Boiler Steam-Water Piping System

The impact type boiler steam-water piping system designed by Dazhong Valve Group is a special manual stop valve. J61-20, J61-25, J61-32 valves are installed on water and steam pipes as opening and closing devices. J61Y-P14V is installed at a temperature of 540 ℃. It is used as an opening and closing device on the steam pipeline. The sealing ring is formed of flexible graphite, the valve seat is embedded in the valve body, the flat seal, the valve seat and the valve disc sealing surface are all made of drill-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, and the valve can be installed in any position of the pipeline.

• J61-20, J61-25, J61-32 valves are installed on water and steam pipelines as opening and closing devices, and J61Y-P14V is installed on steam pipelines with a temperature of 540°C as opening and closing devices.

• The pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted, and the sealing ring is a formed flexible graphite garden. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.

• A bumper handwheel is used to reduce operating force.

• The valve seat is embedded in the valve body, with a flat seal. The valve seat and the valve disc sealing surface are all made of drill-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, with high hardness, wear resistance and good scratch resistance.

• The valve can be installed anywhere in the pipeline, and the flow of the medium is positive from bottom to top.
