The valve must be in a fully open or fully closed state, and cannot be used as a regulating valve. The sealing ring is formed The graphite ring, the valve seat is embedded in the valve body, and the plane is sealed. The material of the valve seat and the valve disc sealing surface is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding.

• The pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted. The sealing ring can be tightened by rotating the nut. The sealing ring is a formed graphite ring. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.

• The impact handwheel is used to reduce the operating force.

• The valve seat is embedded in the valve body, and the sealing surface is flat. The material of the valve seat and valve disc sealing surface is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance.

• The surface of the valve stem is treated with anti-position nitriding.

• It can be installed anywhere in the pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.
