Ultra-High Pressure Large-Diameter Electric Gate Valve

The ultra-high pressure large-diameter electric gate valve designed by Dazhong Valve Group has double gate plates and branch pipes at both ends are welded. The closing mechanism is mainly composed of wedge-type double gates that can be adjusted, universal top, clamping ring, etc. The valve seat and valve disc sealing surface are made of drill-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, and the surface of the valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitrogen. The opening and closing of the door is controlled by the electric device installed on the valve cover. The electric device is equipped with a special motor for the valve, a reducer, a torque control mechanism, a field operation mechanism, a stroke control mechanism, and an electric switching mechanism.

• The surface of the valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

• The opening and closing of the valve is controlled by an electric device mounted on the valve cover. In addition to local operation, remote operation can also be carried out.
